- You can definitely mix this with coffee. It would create a nice creamer type effect. However, if you are very technical, it may effect the health benefits. We use a super high end Grass-Fed Native Whey Protein Concentrate. Its minimally processed using low temperatures. It is referred to as undenatured. Heating to temps above 158 F(70 C) can cause dentaturation of the whey. The longer the duration of the heating the less digestible and the less available the amino acids become.
