- Yes, I have. If you want to make high protein pancakes use this recipe: 1 cup of oats processed in a blender or food processor. 3 eggs, 1 cup of pancake mix, then use milk for the liquid. Blend, add berries or whatever you want. You can also add whey, but don't add much because itwill change the consistency of the cakes, maybe 1/2 or 1/4 cup at most.
