- I just really started getting serious again. I don't think the shakes are as filling as they used to be, but the chocolate is good. The strawberry is like Quik and the vanilla is decent. I haven't tried the "new improved vanilla. I have a light breakfast, an 18 gram protein snack shake about 2 hours later. A shake for lunch with a small green salad. A shake after my workout then a low carb dinner. I'm only weighing myself once a week, so not sure if it is working yet.
