  1. You don't need to take these kind of supplements at 15. Eat lots more (healthy foods), 5-7 meals a day, get on a good workout regiment, drink lots of water, and get 7-8 hours of rest each night. Protein powder is fine but I'd suggest getting your protein and calories from food; powders are supplements that should be used when you don't have a meal in front of you. At most, I'd suggest taking multi-vitamins and a fish oil supplement. Just get in the gym and train hard as your body is still evolving, you'll need the help of these supplements later in life. I was a skinny person myself and I learned the gains do not come quick, so be patient.
