Questions and answers of the customers

  1. A You can google it or go on gatorade.com/endurance. INGREDIENTS: Electrolytes 290mg Sodium/140 mg Potassium; Carbs 21g; 80 Calories. It's basically twice the potassium and 3 times the sodium.
  2. A it depends on when you buy it.I estimate the printed expiration date is about 4 months from shipment. I received some in March with an exp. date of June 20.I consider that this powdered product has an expiration date just so the manufacturer can get you to throw away good product and buy more. After all it is just sugar, and flavoring with no fat. Citric acid does not go stale, neither does food starch or salt.
  3. A Ni idea, but have used a few up tu two years from the purchase date without noticing anything wrong or having any adverse effects.
  4. A No. This product is made for endurance Athletes. There is too much sugar fir moderate training and you do not need it for weight training.
  5. A it says that 1/2 a package makes 12 onces of water, so the full package makes 24 oz
