  1. Ciwujia or winter gensing helps reduce latic acid buildup in muscles thus reducing fatigue. There are many sources that claim this and have experienced this with endurox. I can honestly say that it is like night and day, before I started taking endurox and afterwards. When it was difficult to run distance two to three times a week, after taking endurox that third day was much eaiser. I also supplement my running with 10 200 yards sprints several times in the week. 16 yeard ago in high school i would complete this workout in as long as 30 minutes. 2 weeks ago i broke 15 minutes. The first time ever! The only time I get sore is after doing serious calesthenics like the "murph". I am a firm believer that endurox and ciwujia. At least try one box, and see if you get results.
