Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein is the ideal post workout protein supplement featuring 100 percent Premium whey enhanced with Creatine and other critical amino acids. For adults, add one (1) scoop to 6 8 ounces or two (2) scoops to 14 16 ounces of your favorite beverage. Consume within 10 minutes after mixing. Take this product with an adequate daily fluid intake. Q I bought this but I didn’t get the scoop, what’s the table spoon serving size for “1 scoop”?
A If you have a scale 1 scoop is 49 grams its close to a half cup I think. My scoop was at the very bottom of my last tub try shaking the tub and you might find the scoop.

Q Hay, did anybody elts recieve the new and improved formula ? thats not what i ordered ! dont like it !
A I've been using Body Fortress Whey Protein since 2008 on a consistent weekly basis. I got the 2lb vanilla flavor recently, Aug 2021, & it doesn't taste anything like it has in the last year or two. It tastes more like the vanilla flavor they had around 2010 - 2014 & that stuff tasted like ink mixed with paint thinner. So either this is a batch from back then or they are changing the formula back to that god-awful flavor.

A This is not a weight gainer by design. Can it be used for this purpose?? Sure. But at the end of the day it comes down to whether you consume more calories then you burn- and that is true with whatever you eat when figuring out whether you will lose or gain weight. As a side, there are protein powders with weight gain goals factored in and pack way more calories per serving than this and may be a better option for you.

A It is a combination of both, and other types of protein. The "Super Recovery Blend" is included in the advertised protein amount, it is not whey, it is other, less useful amino acids. You are better off going with EAS for the price and quality/protein per dollar.

A I'm not agreeing or disagreeing with previous posts, as I haven't tasted the old formula as I started Body Fortress with new Formula, and for me its delicious. Now I say this based on my previous protein mix from GNC which was absolute garbage in regards to taste. So for those of you coming from GNC protein mix, then this is delicious!
