    A well the ad show 8 gels per box but I seem to remember that there was a larger box sold at the time I purchased them of either 12 or 24. It has however been almost two years since I purchase them.
  2. Q Can someone writte dow the amount of carbohydrates, protein an so on because the only thing that they refer is a 100mg of caffeine.
    A Calories 90. Sodium 115mg. Potassium 15mg. Total carbs 18g. Sugars 13g. Protein 3g. If it's not listed that means there was no value listed. I used this for running and it does give you a great surge with no sugar crash. Would recommend trying it.
  3. Q How many gels in a box ?
    A In this offering there are 8 per box. Sometimes, they offer a box of 16. Best to start with 8 because 2nd Surge are generally more expensive than other gel brands. You may also prefer the taste of the chocolate over the expresso, if you're new to them.
